Hey, I’m Wendy! I run Doughy Dreams, a bakery here in Surprise, AZ, where sourdough and fresh-milled flour are at the heart of what I do.

Every week, I mill fresh flour to use in our recipes, then spend my days baking sourdough favorites, experimenting with new flavor combinations, and bringing new ideas to life in the kitchen.
